Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Social Tracker Pro purchased through Creem.io, our Merchant of Record. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New Pro subscribers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of their initial purchase, provided the account has “substantially unused” the Pro features during that period.
For the purposes of this policy, “substantially unused” means the account has made fewer than 20 successful queries after the date of purchase (across all platforms). Automated weekly digest emails and follow-up emails are not counted as usage for this purpose.
The 14-day guarantee applies only to the first subscription purchase per customer. Renewals are covered by Section 2 below.
2. Cancellation and Renewals
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via the link in the Creem receipt email sent after each charge. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period; you retain Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Renewal charges (the second and subsequent monthly or yearly charges) are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law or in the specific circumstances described in Section 3.
3. Discretionary Refunds
We may also issue full or partial refunds at our discretion in cases such as:
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Documented service outages preventing meaningful use of Pro features.
- Material misrepresentation of features on our website.
- Refunds required by law or by Creem.io / payment-network rules.
Creem.io also reserves the right to issue refunds on our behalf in cases of duplicate payments, technical errors, manifest mistakes, or chargebacks initiated through the card network.
4. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in two ways:
- Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, including your order ID or Creem customer ID.
- Use the cancellation or refund link in the Creem receipt email you received after the most recent charge.
We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are processed by Creem and typically arrive in your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent termination.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the website and, for active subscribers, communicated by email.
