Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, applications, data, and services provided by Social-Tracker.com (“Social Tracker”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the services. Users between 13 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction may use the services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian and may not purchase a paid subscription. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to purchase a paid subscription. By using the services you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
2. Accounts
Authentication is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscription, Billing, and Auto-renewal
Social Tracker offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (“Pro”). Subscription details, including features and pricing, are shown on our Pricing page.
Merchant of Record. Payments for Pro subscriptions are processed by Creem.io (“Creem”), acting as the Merchant of Record on our behalf. Creem is responsible for billing, tax collection and remittance, payment receipts, and the handling of chargebacks. Your relationship with Creem is governed by Creem’s own merchant terms in addition to these Terms.
Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout) using the payment method on file, until you cancel. We will attempt to notify you in advance of any material change to recurring fees.
Taxes. Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes. Where required, Creem will calculate and collect taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.) at checkout based on your billing location.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the link in the receipt email Creem sends after each charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid time already accrued in the current billing period is not pro-rated. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to access another user’s account; (b) scrape, crawl, or mass-export data from our site beyond the rate limits applicable to your plan; (c) resell or redistribute our data as a stand-alone product; (d) use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the terms of the third-party platforms whose public data we surface (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
6. Data Rights
Sharing of statistics from Social-Tracker.com is permitted provided you credit Social-Tracker.com as the source with a link back to the relevant page. Mass copying, automated extraction, or republishing of substantial portions of our data is not allowed and may result in suspension.
Statistics displayed on Social-Tracker.com are derived from publicly available data from third-party social platforms. We do not delete or alter public statistics at the request of profile owners. If you do not want your public data collected, please adjust your privacy settings on the underlying platform.
7. Data Sources and Accuracy
We use third-party APIs and data providers (including but not limited to Apify, YouTube, and TikTok) to keep statistics up to date. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, and you acknowledge that figures may differ from the underlying platforms.
8. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the services, or expose us to legal or financial risk. You may stop using the services at any time; paid subscriptions remain subject to Section 4 (Cancellation and Refunds).
9. Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of data.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of your use of the services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website and, for paid subscribers, by email. Continued use after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance.
